An organisation licence combines practitioner access with the support needed to introduce, adapt and evaluate LOOK across a team, service or multi-agency partnership.
Every proposal should make the practical offer clear. Before an organisation commits, the written scope will set out:
the number and type of practitioner accounts;
the member modules and professional resources included;
any training sessions, facilitator development or local tailoring;
implementation stages, responsibilities and timescales;
the evaluation or assurance measures to be used;
the agreed deliverables, support arrangements and total cost.
No obligation at the first discussion. The organisation receives a tailored scope before deciding whether to proceed.
How it works
1
Discuss the need
Agree the service, workforce, safeguarding priorities and intended outcomes.
2
Plan the approach
Choose access, training, local tailoring, measures and timescales.
3
Test and review
Introduce LOOK, gather evidence and decide how it should be sustained.
Build evidence as LOOK is introduced
Implementation can include an agreed baseline, practitioner feedback, review of how the tools are being used and a defined point for deciding whether the approach should continue or expand. Any evaluation remains proportionate to the setting and agreed scope.
Discuss an organisation licence
